Its time for the yard

I have taken a break from the painting (which is still not finished) and started with the outside of my house. I called to get yard waste collecting added to my garbage service. I definitely got my moneys worth this week. 29 bags plus the container full. and that is just the yard you see here up to the garage.

As you can see I have ginormous trees. Which means lots of leaves. I was unable to get to them all last fall before the snow fell. Which was most of what I had to pick up.

This part of the yard is now ready for spring/summer. I planted some grass seed to fill in the holes. I hope it grows. Now for the rest of the yard. I hope this weather continues!

Anonymous Brendie :) The fall is pretty but much work as you can tell from the leftover leaves that I had. I love the shade in the summer that helps the house stay cool so it's a toss up!
